Removing Emotional Weeds: Cultivating a Clear Mind and Heart
Scripture Focus: “See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many.” – Hebrews 12:15 (NIV) In every garden, there comes a time when we must pause, kneel down, and start pulling the weeds. Not because we dislike the beauty we’ve cultivated, but because we value it enough to protect it. Our hearts are no different. Just like physical weeds choke life from the flowers and fruit we plant, emotional weeds , resentment, comparison, and fear, can slowly suffocate the vibrant life God desires for us.
